Justin Dye
Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Justin serves as co-founder and CEO of ripKurrent and has over 24 years of general management, operations, strategy, corporate finance, and M&A experience. Most recently, Justin was an integral part of the Cerberus-led consortium that acquired and created Albertsons Companies. Justin served as Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Administration Officer during his 11 year tenure. Albertsons LLC grew sales from approximately $10 billion to over $60 billion with over 2,300 stores and 285,000 employees creating one of the largest privately-held companies in the U.S. Prior to Albertson's, Justin was an operating executive for Cerberus Capital Management and held general management and corporate development roles at General Electric. He received a B.A, from DePauw University with academic honors and was a member of the men's tennis team. Current and past board roles include: Lead Director, New Seasons Market, Senior Advisor to PJ Solomon Investment Bank, DePauw University Board of Trustees, Idaho First Bank, New Albertsons Inc., New Cub Grocery, and Executive Committee of Food Marketing Institute.


Jade Culbertson
Founder & President

Jade serves as co-founder and President of ripKurrent, LLC, bringing with him over 25 years of business management and systems engineering experience. Jade's expertise is in sales, management, technical design and services of applied HVAC, refrigeration, and renewable energy systems in a wide range of vertical markets including: commercial, retail, healthcare, education, hospitality and industrial. Most recently, Jade led the commercial air conditioning group for Panasonic in the U.S. Prior to Panasonic, he served as North American Business Leader for Guntner U.S. Additionally, Jade has held management and sales positions at United Technologies' subsidiary Carrier Corporation and the Trane Company. Jade holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Evansville and a BS in Management from Tusculum College.


Ben Stilwell
Chief Financial Officer

Ben serves as Chief Financial Officer of ripKurrent, leading finance, ripKurrent Capital, M&A, and administration functions. Ben brings over 22 years of financial leadership, manufacturing, engineering, project management, and M&A experience. Most recently, Ben was CFO of the Consumer Packaging Division of Berry Global and helped the division grow via M&A from $60 million to $2.5 billion, with over 40 manufacturing sites in North America and China. Prior to Berry Global, he was a project engineer and manager for Frontier-Kemper, a heavy civil engineering and mining company. Ben started his career as a Nuclear Engineer for Westinghouse and worked with commercial and Naval nuclear reactor cooling systems. He holds a MS in Nuclear Engineering from Purdue University, a BS in Physics/Math from Murray State University, and an MBA from the University of Southern Indiana.


Nirup Krishnamurthy
Chief Innovation Officer

Nirup Krishnamurthy serves as Chief Innovation Officer of ripKurrent, Senior Advisor of Dye Capital LLC, and leads the ripKurrent Innovation Center (RIC). The RIC focuses on the use of advanced and emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain technology, 3D Virtual Reality, and Advanced Statistical Tools, to drive competitive advantage for ripKurrent's customers. Nirup has over 25 years of experience in driving innovation and technology in Fortune 500 companies. As Chief Information Officer of United Airlines he was part of the management team that undertook one the largest restructuring in corporate America. As Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President at Northern Trust Bank, he oversaw its major IT Transformation projects.He holds both an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Ph.D in Industrial Engineering with emphasis on Operations Research from SUNY at Buffalo. Nirup's leadership and applied science background enables ripKurrent to develop next generation facility intelligence solutions that drive substantial efficiencies for our customers.


Heather Hsi, P.E.
Vice President, Engineered Solutions

Heather serves as V.P. Engineered Solutions, leading ripKurrent's Engineered Solutions division, which includes advanced energy modeling and planning, mechanical system design, research, and development. Heather brings to ripKurrent over 20 years of applied mechanical engineering experience. Her areas of specialization have centered around the design and integration of leading-edge HVAC and refrigeration systems with customers in healthcare, multi-family housing, senior living, food retail, and data centers. She is a registered professional engineer, holding a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering with a specialization in mechanical systems from Penn State University. An expert in green building principles and practices, she is also a certified LEED Green Associate, which denotes proficiency in sustainable design, construction, and operations standards


Jason Clark
Director of Strategic Accounts

Jason serves as Director of Strategic Accounts and is responsible for maintaining and expanding ripKurrent's relationships with light house and other key accounts. Jason helps ensure that ripKurrent is delivering at the highest possible level and is consistently aligned with our customers' needs and expectations. Jason brings over 20 years of external relations and client-side management experience with such names as Verizon, Panasonic, SiriusXM, KeyBank, ApexBrasil, Autodesk, and Sharp, to name a few. Prior to joining ripKurrent, he directed key corporate partnership accounts at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Verizon IndyCar Series, and has a strong background of senior-level sports administration experience in professional football and NCAA Division I athletics. Jason holds a BS in Sports Management from Indiana University.
