About Us

Along an ocean shore, a rip current is a strong, turbulent flow that breaks through incoming waves and drives relentlessly out to sea. It’s fast. Powerful. Defiant.

Similarly, ripKurrent pushes back against the conventional approaches to energy conservation and savings. We believe in creating long-term value by bringing technology directly to facility owners — past the waves of contractors, engineers, third-party consultants and the rest of the hierarchy that drag down productivity and increases costs.

And like the churning waters where surf and rip current meet, we enable a perpetual exchange of information — your facility data in to us, our data analytics out to you — empowering continual improvement.

MISSION

With disruptive, climate-conscious, innovative technologies, ripKurrent is blazing new paths in energy use and conservation. By offering a breadth of trend-leading products — along with industry-leading consulting, design, monitoring and maintenance services — we’re helping to change how companies think about their energy use.

Our focus on natural refrigerants, water conservation, energy code compliance, industry regulations, and energy efficiency helps businesses optimize their energy usage, reduce consumption and achieve net zero.

Climate matters. And we’re committed to reducing America’s carbon footprint and creating a healthier world.
